WHAT WE BUILT

It reads the request.
Inbound email and web form submissions are classified and read — who’s asking, what property, what work, how much of it. Requests that aren’t estimate requests are filtered out before they reach anyone.
It matches the customer.
The system checks their existing customer records. If it’s someone they’ve worked with, it pulls the history. If it isn’t, it flags a new customer for setup.
It prices the work.
Their pricing rules — the same rates, tiers, minimums and surcharges they apply by hand — are applied automatically, and a draft estimate is written directly into QuickBooks.
It hands the draft to a person.
Every estimate lands in a review queue alongside the original request. Their team approves it, edits it, or sends it back. Nothing goes to a customer without that step.
For requests with no quantities stated
The system pulls satellite imagery of the property and produces a first-pass count for the team to check. It’s a starting point, and it’s clearly labelled as one.

Human-reviewed before send
The estimator's job shifted from building each quote from scratch to reviewing one that's already there. Nothing about how they price changed. Same rates, same rules, same person deciding what goes out the door.
