How it works
F.A.Q
How is this different from hiring a developer or agency?
Most developers and agencies build features. We build operational systems. The work is shaped around how your team actually runs the workflow, validated against your real data, and supported after launch. We focus on a narrow class of automation problems and ship them well, instead of taking on whatever's asked.
Do we need technical staff to use what you build?
No. Systems are designed for the operators running the workflow today — typically people without a technical background. The team reviews, edits, and approves outputs through interfaces built for that role. Technical knowledge sits on our side of the engagement.
What happens if the system doesn't work as intended?
We build with explicit accuracy thresholds and acceptance criteria documented in the Implementation Specification. If a target isn't hit at 30 days post-launch, we extend the tuning window at no additional charge until it is. Engagement structure assumes things will need iteration — we plan for it instead of pretending otherwise.
What happens after the first call?
You leave with a clearer picture of where AI can help, what to prioritize first, and whether it makes sense to move forward.
Will this work for our type of business?
If your team relies on repeatable processes, shared information, and day-to-day coordination, there is usually a strong case for AI and automation.
